Yay... we are all very happy in ttsh because we are in a very slack discipline... In fact, i was so happy i went around telling everyone that i'm very happy in uro, and wq gave me the "ohhh.. so you're very happy in uro.............." and immediately i pre-empted him (cos i know where the horrible guy is heading) by saying quickly, "cos it's very slack mah, no other reason lar!!"
And the welfare here is so good, we had 'light refreshments', specially for us lowly medical students in the midst of our practical skills training program when our practical skills program is so easy we all finished it in one hour, and we were all like hanging around tying a million knots wondering what we're all waiting for. Yuan2 lai2 is waiting for the food. And we all left after eating (there was very nice fried mee siam which was so nice i went for a second helping, resulting in Somebody saying, "wah. u eat a lot" hmmph!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I was supposed to meet my mum to get her a new phone and have dinner with her, but we ended so early it was too early (and too full) for me to eat dinner muahahaha... So I even had time to shop around junction 8, spend a very long convoluted process getting a phone for my mum, had a nice chat with Sm whom i ran into at the mrt station on my way back (seems like everytime i go find my mum there i'll run into her one, either that or my mum will run into her developing photos at the same place haha), and still have time to even wait for Catechol to get off work to have dinner tog, hiak hiak so different from the first day of medicine sip when i LEFT the hospital at 8pm.
Wk said that it must be cos i have been cursing and groaning and moaning "i dun wanna go nuh!!!!!" repeatedly for the past six months that my 'wish' came true again.
And i also have been saying that i dun wanna do call on my birthday, and guess wat.. nobody in ttsh have to do call on that day too, and the next day is very slack cos we have some ethics workshop thingy.
Sigh.. I'm happy.
